Attentive Community Care aim to ensure everything we do within our service to be driven by the needs, abilities and aspirations of our service users, keeping them at the heart of our service. Not by what staff, management or any other group would desire. By educating people about various medical issues and the best ways to manage them, we provide free additional support to service users and their loved ones. Each medical illness is divided into a number of categories, such as the ten kinds of dementia.

We recognise how easily this focus can slip and we will remain vigilant to ensure that the facilities, resources, policies, activities and services at Attentive Community Care LTD remain service user lead.

We are committed to achieving our stated aims and objectives and we welcome the feedback of our service users and their representatives. The difference between Attentive Community Care and other agencies is that we are fully regulated by care quality commission (CQC). Numerous other home care providers work for introduction agencies and are therefore not at all regulated. Once you've met a carer, you are essentially left to handle all other aspects of their care, including their compensation and scheduling cover for their breaks and vacations. There are no continuous checks, assessments of your assistance plan, or evaluations.
